Privacy

If you fill in the Request Access form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter, and the date you submitted it. That is all the form asks for.

That is the only personal information this website collects. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies on these pages. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other sites.

To reply to you about access to Stratum, and to keep a record of who asked so a request does not get lost or answered twice. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase on infrastructure in the United States. Access is limited to the Stratum team.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and store data, and they may process your information only to provide that service to us.

We keep a request for as long as we may reasonably need it to follow up with you and to keep a record of the conversation. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Email privacy@stratumcomp.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

This page is about the public website. Compensation and employee data that a customer puts into the Stratum product is a separate matter, governed by our agreement with that customer.

In the product, each company’s data is isolated from every other company’s, access is limited to the people who need it, and Stratum takes in only the data a compensation workflow actually requires rather than everything an HRIS holds. We plan to pursue SOC 2 as Stratum moves toward broader production use.

When an analyst asks Stratum to read a candidate’s evidence, the resume, interview scorecard and job description text they entered is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to produce that assessment. This happens only when the analyst asks for a read. From that read, Stratum keeps only the ratings the analyst confirms and the lines quoted.

If we start collecting something new, or use what we collect differently, we will update this page and change the date below before we do.
